On July 5th from 2.30 pm to 6 pm , Nizamabad origin people met in Sethblend, Hilton hotel, Newark, USA where ATA 10th conference was going on. The meeting was organized by the Nizamabad organization. There were more than 100 people attended the event, which included the district elected representatives Mr. Madhu Yashiki MP, Mr. Santhosh Reddy MLA, Mr. D .Rajeshwar MLC and Mr. Jithender Reddy (President – elect, ATA), local Nizamabadees and Nizamabadees in north America. The meeting was presided over by Buchanna Gajula.
A special song composed for this meet by Vemula Shekar and Mena of 'Geethanjali' was inaugurated by Jithender reddy, ATA President elect..
Mr.Bhupathi Suppala explained the vision of the organization. He told that the Nizamabad organization is a non-political organization which will strive for the betterment of Nizamabadees in India and across the globe.
Mr.Sharath Vemula explained the audience the background and goals of the organization. He also explained the past activities and future plans of the organization
The prominent Nizamabadees Mr.Raju reddy, CEO Sierra Atlantic and Dr.Swamy, a famous cardiologist have been awarded for their achievements

Mr.Raju Reddy addressed the meeting, he felt thrilled to see so many Nizamabadis in one place , he said he will promote Nizamabad wherever possible and one of his partner charity identifying the poor students to help in education, if we can findout such people from Nizamabad he is more than happy to enroll them , and also he will help expanding information center to Mandal level.
Mr.Dhiraj Akula introduced New York based cardiologist Dr.R Swamy for his outstanding achievements in medical field
ATA president elect Mr.Jithender Reddy addressed the gathering and he extended his support. He said he that he will participate in all the development activities of Nizamabad.
Mr.Santhosh Reddy, MLA mentioned that, he would encourage youth and youth activities in the district.
Mr.Rajeshwar, MLC talked about the investment opportunities in Nizamabad. He requested entrepreneurs to invest in the district. He said that he will try his best to to get the support from Govt to help entrepreneurs investing in the distict.
